El Paso, TX – Today is Election Day for the December 2024 City of El Paso and City of Socorro Runoff Election. This election includes runoff races for the City of El Paso and City of Socorro, for candidates who did not receive more than 50% of the votes during the November 2024 General Election.

Our office encourages voters to be prepared and use our website before heading to the polls.

  • My Voter Dashboard, https://epcountyvotes.com/voter-information/dashboard. Voters can easily check their voter registration status, voter eligibility, voting history, view sample ballot by registered precinct and review and print a personalized sample ballot (audio-enabled and accessible for voters with disabilities). Voters will be asked to enter their first name and last name and date of birth or enter their Voter Unique Identifier (VUID Number) located on the voter’s Voter Registration Certificate.

  • Election Day Vote Centers, https://epcountyvotes.com/voter-information/election-day-vote-centers. Voters can cast their vote at any of the 93 Election Day Vote Centers. Voters can easily find their nearest voting site under “Find My Nearest Vote Center” and by clicking the “SEARCH” button. Voters can also filter voting sites by zip code and browse all voting sites directly on this page. Additionally, all voting sites will provide real-time wait times during voting hours for the convenience of voters.

  • Identification Required for Voting, https://epcountyvotes.com/voter-information/identification-required-for-voting. As required under Texas law, voters may vote a regular ballot by providing one of the seven forms of acceptable photo identification or by completing a Reasonable Impediment Declaration at the voting place and providing one of the supporting documents. This page provides a list of all acceptable forms of photo identification and supporting documents.

  • Civilian Ballot by Mail, https://epcountyvotes.com/voter-information/civilian-ballot-by-mail. If a voter requested a ballot by mail and later decides to vote at the voting place, a voter must surrender their ballot by mail to vote in person. If a voter does not surrender their ballot, a provisional ballot will be offered to the voter.

If the voter does not believe that the ballot will be delivered on time through the mail, the voter can drop off their own ballot only on Election Day from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

  • In-Person: The El Paso County Elections Department, 500 E. San Antonio Ave., Suite 314, El Paso, Texas 79901

  • Curbside: Campbell Street (Eastside) of the Enrique Moreno County Courthouse, 500 E. San Antonio Ave., Suite 314, El Paso, Texas 79901
