Request for List of Registered Voters or Election Information

Complete and submit the Information Request Form to request a list of registered voters, specific election information, etc.

All election information orders must be pre-paid. We accept cash, credit cards and checks payable to El Paso County. For more information please contact our office at (915) 546-2154 or at epelections@epcounty.com.

Any list of registered voters is exported from our Voter Registration System, which contains only El Paso County voters. The export is a tab delimited text file which can be saved, then opened as a text file or in Microsoft Excel.

Phone numbers and email addresses are not public information and are not included in the list. The list will, however, contain each voter’s county and state ID numbers, registered and mailing addresses, all districts the voter is registered in, registration dates, and voter history.

All credit and debit cards are accepted for your convenience. If using a credit card, a 2.19% convenience fee is applied after purchase. If using a debit card, a $2.95 convenience fee is applied after purchase. If your payment is not honored for any reason, El Paso County may assess a service charge in addition to the original payment amount. (LGC, Sec. 132.004).

Notice of Offense of Illegal Use of a Voter Registration List
The information obtained from the copy of the county voters file shall not be used in connection with advertising or promoting commercial products or services. An offense under Sec. 18.009, V.T.C.A., Election Code is a Class A Misdemeanor.

Request for Voter Information

Complete and submit the Voter Information Request Form to request a voter registration certificate, certification of voter record, voting history record, etc.

All voter information orders must be pre-paid. We accept cash, credit cards and checks payable to El Paso County. For more information please contact our office at (915) 546-2154 or at epelections@epcounty.com.

Voter registration and voter history is public information and is available for purchase upon request. There is no record of how a person voted for a candidate or measure, merely who voted in which election. For a primary election, it does show which party’s primary a voter participated in.

Request for Maps

Complete and submit the Voter Information Request Form to request a plotter map, all precinct map book, street index, etc.

All map orders must be pre-paid. We accept cash, credit cards and checks payable to El Paso County.

The El Paso County Elections Department makes select maps available online for download at no cost. You may also purchase a map and the turnaround time is two business days.
