The El Paso County Elections Department believes strongly in government transparency. The Public Information Act requires that requests be made in writing. Written requests to the El Paso County Elections Department must be submitted by one of the following methods:
Mailed or hand delivered to the El Paso County Elections Department, 500 E. San Antonio Ave., Suite 314, El Paso, Texas 79901; or
Emailed to epelections@epcounty.com.
Complete and submit the Information Request Form to request a countywide voter file, participating list, specific election information, etc.
Complete and submit the Voter Information Request Form to request a voting history record for a specific voter, certification of voter record, voter registration certificate, etc.

Any list of registered voters is exported from our voter registration system, which contains only El Paso County voters. The export is available only in text file format. You can drag and drop the text file into Microsoft Excel to view the data in spreadsheet format.
Phone numbers and email addresses are not public information and are not included in the list. The list will, however, contain each voter’s county and state ID numbers, registered and mailing addresses, all districts the voter is registered in, registration dates and voter history.

All credit and debit cards are accepted for your convenience. If using a credit card, a 2.50% convenience fee is applied after purchase with a $2.00 minimum convenience fee. If using a debit card, a $2.95 convenience fee is applied after purchase. If your payment is not honored for any reason, El Paso County may assess a service charge in addition to the original payment amount. (LGC, Sec. 132.004).
Unlawful Use of Information on Registration List
Texas Election Code, Section 18.009. A person commits an offense if the person uses information in connection with advertising or promoting commercial products or services that the person knows was obtained under Section 18.008. An offense is a Class A misdemeanor.
Complete and submit the Information Request Form to request a plotter map, all precinct map book, street index, etc.
All map orders must be pre-paid. We accept cash, credit cards and checks payable to El Paso County.
The El Paso County Elections Department makes select maps available online for download at no cost. You may also purchase a map and the turnaround time is two business days.
