May 2026 Primary Runoff Election
Tuesday, May 26, 2026

El Paso, Texas – Election Day for the May 2026 Primary Runoff Election is today, May 26, 2026 and polls are open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. In Texas, when you vote in a primary election, you affiliate with either the Democratic or Republican Party. • You can only vote in the primary runoff for the same party.
• You cannot switch parties between the primary and primary runoff.

If you did NOT vote in the March 2026 Primary Election:
• You can choose to vote in either the Democratic or Republican runoff.
