Early Voting Begins for the December 2025 Village of Vinton Runoff Election

El Paso, Texas – Early Voting for the December 2025 Village of Vinton Runoff Election begins today Monday, December 1st and continues through Tuesday, December 9th. Eligible voters have nine days, including Saturday and Sunday, to cast their ballot ahead of Election Day.

The runoff election will determine the next Mayor for the Village of Vinton, as no candidate received more than 50% of the votes during the November 2025 Uniform and Special Election.

To be election ready, voters are encouraged to visit www.epcountyvotes.com. The following pages provide all the tools and information needed before they cast their vote:

My Voter Dashboard. Voters can check their voter registration status and eligibility, view their voting history and review and print their personalized sample ballot. To access the dashboard, voters will need to enter their first name, last name and date of birth or their Voter Unique Identifier (VUID).

Identification Required for Voting. When voting in person, voters can cast a regular ballot by providing one of the seven acceptable forms of photo identification. If a voter does not have or cannot obtain one of these photo identifications, they can complete a Reasonable Impediment Declaration (RID) at the voting site and present a supporting document.

Civilian Ballot by Mail. If a voter requested a ballot by mail and later decides to vote in person, the voter must bring their mailed ballot with them and surrender it at the voting site. If the ballot is not surrendered, the voter will be issued a provisional ballot.
